Rice Pudding

This is a picture of the rice pudding I can't get enough of. I have made it every Friday for the past month and could still eat it every weekend for the rest of the year. I'm even thinking of making it again today - which would mean I'd have it twice this weekend. In case you're curious and want to try something yummy (and easy) check out the recipe here Smitten Kitchen. Is this considered an addiction?

On a different note - Wyatt finishes up his summer terms of Organic Chemistry this Wednesday! Happy cheers all around! He has been busting his brains the past 12-weeks and is much deserving of a break! Not to mention our social life has been, well...pathetic. We get to play with friends again! T minus 3...

Oh how I love rice pudding. I made it myself just last Sunday. I use the recipe from the Lion House cookbook and I like it, but now that I've read the recipe that you've been using, I MUST try it. Mmmmmmmmm......

Having said that, I still think tapioca is my all-time fave. But, I have yet to find a great homemade recipe that I love. My favorite is Kozy Shack that you can buy at most grocery stores. Wow, I love the large bits of tapioca in that....darnit! If it weren't Sunday!! ARGH!!

I LOVE rice pudding. It is a bit of a guilty pleasure. I haven't made it in quite some time though. Lately I've been cheating and buying Kozy Shack, which is pretty darn good.

That looks absolutely delicious. I may have to try making it myself. Spencer loves rice pudding. We'll see if it's better than his moms.
