Jeanna's Graduated!

Wyatt and I flew to Utah this past weekend to celebrate the graduation of this lady, Jeanna, our sister-in-law. Jeanna is one amazing woman! She went back to school after two kids and 13 years of marriage. We are so happy and excited for her! Way to go Jeanna! It was a fun trip because we got to see our families (them and them) and friends (him and them). The other fun part was the horrible ear infection I had Friday night and Saturday (I'm being sarcastic). Lame! My first and hopefully my last. Eeek! I never knew how bad they were. And how deaf I'd be. Doctor says I'll get my full hearing back in 30 days...listening to music isn't very fun right now. Regardless, it was still a good trip!

While in Utah we...

Skated the Provo canyon

Went to Jeanna's ceremony

Look who else graduated this weekend...
(actually he graduated last year)

Salt Lake Temple!!!!!

I made Wyatt take this picture because I was feeling cute. It just happened to be in front of the McDonald's we stopped at to fill our water bottle. I don't know why it's so important to me for you to know that we didn't eat there. Weird.

It was great seeing you--even for a few hours! Sorry about the ear infection, but it gave me a chance to hold my Pretty Little Britty and rock her for a while in the comfort of a mother's arms. Wish I had my mom for that myself, now and then.

Nice visit with Wyatt, too. Though brief, it was an opportunity to learn more about him and the Wilsons. Always good.

Take care of yourselves.

Love, Momma

You got pics AND video? Nice job! I am so glad you guys came out, it made me feel loved. I haven't had a chance to use the bundt yet, but it has only been 3 days since I got it. I haven't even found a place yet for it within the bowels of my kitchen cabinets, mostly because I want to use it before I find its permanent home. There is a recipe on the thingy that is wrapped around it for Lady Bird Johnson or Eleanor Roosevelt's Lemon Bundt Cake that includes 10 egg yolks and 1 cup butter. Mmmm, sounds good, but for some reason I cannot in good conscious make a cake knowing it is so very, very bad like that. I'll let you know.

Yeah, ear infections suck. I have my share of them over the years. Sounds like you had a good trip to Utah. I wish I would have gone. :(
