Things I've Tasted

I haven't posted in a awhile.

Here's a partial list of things that I've tasted that I probably shouldn't have...

Gasoline
Diesel
Motor Oil
Gear Oil (in manual transmissions)
Automatic Transmission Fluid
Brake Fluid
Antifreeze
Power Steering Fluid
Rubbing Alcohol
Acetone
Laundry Detergent
Bleach
Hand soap
Shampoo
Conditioner
Blood (my own)
Cologne

My favorite was handsoap, the sissiest of the things on my list. My least favorite was diesel, probably because I got so much (siphoning a car[legally but stupidly]).

What is the strangest thing you've tasted?

I can't think of anything really strange. I have tasted gasoline...

Although, the other night as I was putting Jane to bed we were both laying on her mattress looking at the glowing stars on the ceiling, with our heads really close together, and she sneezed straight into the air. It rained "sneeze". I tasted a bit of that.

My brother's urine. Not a long story, but I won't share it. I'll just let you wonder about it for a while. The memory makes me shudder.

urine. it was a long time ago, and i surely did NOT willingly drink pee. however, it happened and the taste stayed with me for about three days.

so nasty. don't want to write the whole story, it's too long, but know that my oldest brother got in A LOT of trouble.

Are you kidding? Why would you taste some of those things. After reading this post, I've decided, I'm kind of a boring person. Never had an interest in how any of those things taste although I have tasted some - - but just the ones like handsoap, my own blood. Maybe I should become more interesting. I'm just glad you're still alive and normal. :)

Certainly can't top what you've tasted, Wyatt! But goat in soup on my mission wasn't all that tasty to me (seeings as I was a vegetarian for the first 20 years of my life!). I'd have to say toasted fire ants had a rather strange/gross aftertaste. I'll stick to the good stuff!

As a practicing Mormon I would have to say beer and vodka. (Really, they were both accidents). How about Volcanic ash, gasoline, and a variety of different bugs. (Don't open your mouth while riding a motorcycle.)

For me the sweet, sweet taste of victory has been strange, in the 'infrequent' sense of the word.

HA!!! I still have you beat.

Besides, I'm probably the one who made you eat half of that stuff.
