Look what's growing in my window at work...

HERBS!!!

cilantro, oregano, marjoram, basil

I guess I don't have a green thumb after all. Okay, that's a lie. These little guys are round two of my attempt to grow plants. The first take didn't take. So with a little coaching from my gardening-love'n co-worker I got the little guys to sprout! Happy day!

I must say, there is something about being the author of life. Even if it is for a few simple plants. The little guys are growing up so fast!

I have to confess that I killed our herbs, too. I guess I need to try again!

Go Brit! This is the only type of gardening I plan to ever do. I hope to try it after we move this summer. Thankfully Patrick loves to do all things outside, including gardening, so he does it for us. I hope I am at least half as successful as you! :)

Yay for you. Of course somebody in Portland could show you how to grow "herbs".

Why are they still at work? What if you need some while cooking?

I am horrible at plants...I always kill them. Don't they if you can keep a plant alive then you can thrive in a realationship? Well all my plants have died and Brandon is still here after ten years..haha! Must be doing something right!
